AI Future Skills Academy (AIFSA) respects the privacy of our partner schools, educators, and students. This policy outlines how we process database records inside the Next.js platform and connected Moodle LMS instances.

1. COPPA & Student Privacy Compliance

For students under the age of 13, we enforce absolute privacy isolation. We do not collect student phone numbers, physical locations, or personal financial records. Student profiles are generated utilizing randomized seat identifiers (e.g., student.0493@schoolname.edu) unless requested otherwise by school IT administrators.

2. Database Records & Sync

We process grades, course activity logs, and code uploads to sync credentials and showcase portfolios. These data points are stored in secure, private PostgreSQL environments and synchronized with school-dedicated Moodle directories over encrypted tokens.

3. Third Party Disclosures

AIFSA does not share, rent, or lease student profiles or contact emails to third-party advertisers or promotional partners. All database indexes are restricted strictly to academic tracking and certification mapping.
